We offer fast shipping on all in stock items of 1 to 2 days. Special order or out of stock items may take up to 10 days to ship. Most items will be shipped via USPS or UPS and shipping time will depend on item and distance.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCE. All stock items may be returned within 10 days of received date. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged and customer is responsible for return shipping charges. All non-stock or special order items are non-returnable. If you would like to discuss permission for return on a special order item please call 307-885-4063. Origingal shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is not authorized in advance, the item will be charged a 50% restocking fee. Orders cannot be canceled via e-mail. If you wish to cancel an order contact us directly by phone.
